Nevada's Supreme Court hears appeals from every trial court in the State. Its work is important. Nevada needs justices with experience in that Court and in the tough cases the Nevada Supreme Court decides.
My life’s work has provided me with the Supreme Court experience we need. I argued my first case in the Nevada Supreme Court in 1981. Since then, I've argued dozens of cases in the Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit and handled numerous trial court cases involving the tough, complex issues our Supreme
Court decides.
Having lived and worked across Nevada, I have a love for our state and a deep respect for the individual rights of all Nevadans.
My work in the courts has taught me this imperative: Judges sit to decide individual cases according to the rule of law. I will be a Supreme Court Justice who sticks to the rule of law and the case at hand, not legislating from the bench, lobbying or playing politics.
I ask you to support our campaign and ensure that the next Supreme Court Justice from Seat B has the Supreme Court experience we need.

Kris Pickering is one of Nevada’s top attorneys, a respected legal scholar and effective advocate. She is the only candidate for Seat B who has argued cases in the Nevada Supreme Court – and the only one who is a Supreme Court Settlement Judge.
